Payment of a withdrawal of contributions under the Government Code, §842.108, will not be made to more than one trustee of an eligible retirement plan upon the withdrawal of contributions by any one member or any one spouse or any one alternate payee in addition to any payment directly to the member, spouse, or alternate payee.
