For purposes of determining the eligibility of a member to retire and receive a service retirement annuity pursuant to the Government Code, §844.210(c)(2) or §844.211(c)(1), the phrase "years of a member's attained age" means whole years of attained age. Partial years of age shall not be considered in the calculation for retirement eligibility.
