- (a) Pursuant to the provisions of Senate Bill 1102, Section 25, enacted by the 75th Texas Legislature, a supplemental payment is authorized in the fiscal year ending August 31, 1998.
- (b) The supplemental payment authorized in the Government Code, §814.603(a), will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Government Code, §814.603(b).
