- (a) To the extent permitted by law, any party may appear and represent himself or, upon written notice duly filed with the executive director or examiner, may appear through any person authorized by that party to make appearance for him except as provided in §67.43(b)(1) of this title (relating to Dismissal without Hearing).
- (b) Each party to a proceeding may be represented by an attorney-at-law at the party's own expense.
- (c) All party representatives must conduct themselves in accordance with §67.13 of this title (relating to Conduct and Decorum), and are prohibited from knowingly making or participating in the making or presentation of any false statement, representation, or claim about any material fact in connection with the proceeding.
