The Board of Trustees shall formulate the basic and general policies, rules, and regulations consistent with the purposes, policies, principles, and standards stated in statutes administered by the board. The board has appellate jurisdiction of appeals from adverse determinations made by the executive director as provided in Chapter 67, Hearings on Disputed Claims.
