The executive director shall cause records to be kept identifying all persons or entities liable for delinquent obligations and the correct physical address of the debtor's business and/or residence, if available. Such records should also contain collection histories on each debtor showing, where applicable, attempted contacts with the debtor; efforts to locate the debtor; efforts to locate the assets of the debtor and the results of such efforts; state warrants that may be issued to the debtor; security interests that TRS has against any assets of the debtor; and any other information considered by TRS to be relevant.
