- (a) If an address correction is received, TRS shall re-send a demand letter to the correct address, and the deadlines provided in this chapter shall be tolled accordingly.
- (b) Where determinations of obligations or indebtedness are subject to administrative appeal procedures, the deadlines provided in this chapter shall be tolled during the pendency of an appeal.
