If the order is determined to be a QDRO, TRS shall, subject to the limitations of this chapter, pay benefits in accordance with the order at the time of distribution of benefits or withdrawn contributions to a member. Any determination that an order is a QDRO is voidable or subject to modification if TRS determines that the provisions of the order have been changed or that circumstances relevant to the determination have changed.
