1. (a) Payments for the account of a minor child who has not had the disabilities of minority removed must be directed by the guardian of the estate of the child, by a person authorized in a court order, or as otherwise provided by the law.
2. (b) Payments for the account of a person who is legally incapacitated must be made as directed by the guardian of the estate of the incapacitated person or as otherwise provided by the law.
