The State Campaign Manager (SCM) will perform an administrative review of statewide applications. This is an administrative review only to determine whether applications are complete and contain the required documentation. The SCM will not decide whether an application is eligible for approval. Statewide federations that submit incomplete applications or missing documentation will be notified and provided a deadline within which to provide missing or corrected information. The SPC may deem as not eligible for approval any application that is not complete or that is missing documentation on the deadline date.
