34 Tex. Admin. Code § 221.6
In accordance with the requirements of §1232.113(e) of the Act, the authority will notify client agencies of the name, mailing address, and telephone number of the authority for the purpose of directing complaints to the authority by direct mail, notifying and reminding client agencies periodically of the authority's electronic mail address, and by distributing a fact sheet on the authority during the orientation meeting described in §221.3 of this title (relating to the Bond Issuance Process) of this Chapter 221.
