Maximum Tuition Credit Hours and Fees Paid

- (a) Except as provided by §7.53 of this title (relating to Supplemental Contracts), no more than 128 tuition credit hours may be purchased or paid pursuant to a prepaid tuition contract for attendance under the senior college plan or private college plan.
- (b) No more than 64 tuition credit hours may be purchased or paid pursuant to a prepaid tuition contract under the junior college plan.
- (c) No more than 128 tuition credit hours may be purchased or paid under the junior-senior college plan, with no more than 64 credit hours of tuition and required fees for attendance at a public junior college and 64 credit hours for attendance at a public senior college or university.
- (d) Certain required fees are assessed on a per semester basis. No more than the equivalent of eight semesters of such required fees shall be paid unless a supplemental contract is purchased under §7.53 of this title. If a supplemental contract is purchased under §7.53 of this title, then no more than the equivalent of 10 semesters of such required fees shall be paid.
- (e) The board may prescribe other limits to the amount of tuition and required fees payable under any prepaid tuition contract.
