Administration and Management of the Trust Account

The comptroller's administration of the Tobacco Settlement Permanent Trust Account (trust account) and management of the assets of the trust account, including revisions to the comptroller's investment policy statement, shall be with the advice of and in consultation with the Tobacco Settlement Permanent Trust Account Investment Advisory Committee.
