1. (a) Allowable costs are costs that are reasonable and necessary for the proper and efficient performance and administration of the grant project, and allocable to the grant project.
2. (b) The council disburses grant funds on a reimbursement or as needed basis unless otherwise determined by the council to be necessary for the purposes of the grant.
3. (c) The relevant NOFA published by the council may provide additional information on allowable costs by grant project and a schedule for disbursement of grant funds.
