Aggregate Reports for Amounts Due Out-Of-State Owners Less Than $25

- (a) Amounts due that individually are less than $25 are reported in the aggregate pursuant to the Property Code, Title 6, §74.101(e). If these amounts are held for owners with last known addresses outside Texas or for whom there is no last known address then these amounts may be aggregated by state for reporting purposes.
(b) If the holder elects to file reports in the aggregate pursuant to subsection (a) of this section, then such reports shall include:
- (1) state of last known address, if any, and aggregate amount due owners whose last known addresses are in that state and whose amounts due are individually less than $25; or
- (2) the statement owner unknown in the case of no last known address and the aggregate amount due that is individually less than $25.
- (c) The amounts reported in accordance with subsection (a) of this section may be reported without furnishing any of the information required by the Property Code, Title 6, §74.101(c) or (d).
