- (a) The purpose of this chapter is to implement the provisions of Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 367, concerning the On-site Wastewater Treatment Research Council.
- (b) The scope of this chapter covers the organization, administration, and other general procedures and policies concerning the operation of the council and its grants program.
