The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department adopts by reference the memorandum of understanding between the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department as adopted by TxDOT on October 28, 1992, and published in the November 10, 1992, edition of the Texas Register (17 TexReg 7914) (Exhibit A-22). The referenced memorandum of understanding provides for department review of TxDOT projects and provides for development of a mechanism for the sharing of information.
