1. (a) No person shall hunt migratory game birds except during the open season as provided herein, or at any time except during the hours as provided herein. All dates are inclusive.
2. (b) Shooting hours for migratory game birds are from one-half hour before sunrise to sunset, except during the special white-winged dove season. In the special white-winged dove zone during the special white-winged dove season, shooting hours are from noon to sunset.
3. (c) No person shall hunt migratory game birds in this state unless that person is certified in the Harvest Information Program.
4. (d) The executive director may, after notifying the Chairman of the Commission, authorize any rulemaking necessary to modify the provisions of this subchapter.
