Bond and Insurance

- (a) The executive director may require the concessioner to furnish a bond conditioned upon the faithful performance of a contract. When the contract award involves construction or other impacts to the park, the concessioner will be required to obtain a payment bond, in addition to other statutory bonding requirements, and may be required to take other actions to ensure the protection of the interests of the department and the public.
- (b) The concessioner shall carry such liability insurance as deemed appropriate by the department.
