1. (a) An offshore aquaculture permitee shall maintain and keep current an accurate daily record of all stock introduced or removed from each enclosure within a facility, including mortalities.
2. (b) An offshore aquaculture permitee shall complete and submit an annual report to the department on a form supplied by the department by no later than January 15 of every year.
3. (c) While performing any permitted activity within or in transit to or from an offshore aquaculture facility, a person must physically possess a legible copy of the offshore aquaculture permit under which the activity is being performed.
4. (d) The records required by this section shall be made available to the department upon the request of a department employee.
