Exemptions from Stamp Fees

A person meeting the definition of a qualified disabled veteran under the provisions of Parks and Wildlife Code, §42.012(c), is exempt from the fees for the stamps listed in this section.

(1) waterfowl;
(2) turkey;
(3) white-winged dove;
(4) archery;
(5) muzzleloader;
(6) saltwater fishing; and
(7) freshwater trout
