State Parks Advisory Committee (SPAC)

- (a) The SPAC is appointed to advise the chairman and the commission regarding state parks.
- (b) The SPAC shall comply with the requirements of §51.601 of this title (relating to General Requirements).
- (c) The SPAC shall expire on July 1, 2026.
