31 Tex. Admin. Code § 51.607 – Game Bird Advisory Board (GBAB)

(a) The GBAB is created to advise the department regarding the following :
1. (1) the management, research and habitat acquisition needs of game birds and migratory game birds.
2. (2) development and implementation of game bird and migratory game bird regulations, research, and management.
3. (3) education and communications with various constituent groups and individuals interested in game birds and migratory game birds.
(b) The GBAB consists of members selected from members of the general public with an interest in game bird and migratory game bird management.
(c) The GBAB shall comply with the requirements of §51.601 of this title (relating to General Requirements).
