Applicability

These rules specifically apply to each state agency or organization having membership on the committee. The committee is composed of:
- (1) the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality;
- (2) the Department of State Health Services;
- (3) the Texas Department of Agriculture;
- (4) the Railroad Commission of Texas;
- (5) the Texas Water Development Board;
- (6) the Texas Alliance of Groundwater Districts;
- (7) the Texas Agricultural Experiment Station;
- (8) the Bureau of Economic Geology of the University of Texas at Austin;
- (9) the State Soil and Water Conservation Board; and
- (10) the Water Well Drillers and Water Well Pump Installers Program of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
