The State Board shall consult with:
- (1) The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department in regard to the effects of the water supply enhancement program on fish and wildlife;
- (2) The Texas Water Development Board in regard to the effects of the water supply enhancement program on water quantity; and
- (3) The Texas Department of Agriculture in regard to the effects of the water supply enhancement program on agriculture.
