Upon completion of the project performance period, and after the applicant certifies that the facility is meeting the design specifications and effluent limitations and submits the final funds requisition, a final accounting will be made to the executive administrator in accordance with §375.72(a)(9)(C) of this title (relating to Required Legal Data). The applicant will retain all SRF construction records for three years following the submission of the final funds requisition.
