Scope of Subchapter

The sections of this subchapter shall pertain to applications for financing flood control projects authorized by the Texas Water Code, §§17.771-17.776. Unless in conflict with the provisions in this subchapter, the provisions of Subchapter A of this chapter (relating to General Provisions) shall also apply to flood control projects.
