1. (a) Regional flood plans shall include a general description of the location, condition, and functionality of natural features and constructed major infrastrucure within the FPR including, but not limited to:

   1. (1) rivers, tributaries, and functioning floodplains;
   2. (2) wetlands;
   3. (3) playa lakes;
   4. (4) sinkholes;
   5. (5) alluvial fans;
   6. (6) vegetated dunes;
   7. (7) levees;
   8. (8) sea barriers, walls, and revetments;
   9. (9) tidal barriers and gates;
   10. (10) stormwater tunnels;
   11. (11) stormwater canals;
   12. (12) dams that provide flood protection;
   13. (13) detention and retention ponds;
   14. (14) weirs;
   15. (15) storm drain systems; and
   16. (16) any other flood-related infrastructure.
2. (b) for non-functional or deficient natural flood mitigation features or major flood infrastructure, explain, in general, the reasons for the features or infrastructure being non-functional or deficient, provide a description of the condition and functionality of the feature or infrastructure and whether and when the natural flood feature or major flood infrastructure may become fully functional, and provide the name of the owner and operator of the major flood infrastrucure.
