1. (a) RWPGs shall describe the level of implementation of previously recommended water management strategies. Information on the progress of implementation of all water management strategies that were recommended in the previous RWP, including conservation and drought management water management strategies; and the implementation of projects that have affected progress in meeting the state's future water needs.

2. (b) RWPGs shall provide a brief summary of how the RWP differs from the previously adopted RWP with regards to:

   1. (1) Water demand projections;
   2. (2) Drought of record and hydrologic and modeling assumptions used in planning for the region;
   3. (3) Groundwater and surface water availability, existing water supplies, and identified water needs for WUGs and WWPs; and
   4. (4) Recommended and alternative water management strategies.
