- (a) All gifts made to the board shall be accepted by the executive administrator.
- (b) The board shall acknowledge acceptance of the gifts in an open meeting. For gifts valued at $500 or more, the minutes of the board shall reflect the name of the person or entity making the gift, a description of the gift, and a statement of the purpose of the gift.
- (c) All gifts will be accepted on behalf of the board. No officers or employees of the board can accept gifts in their individual capacities or receive a personal benefit from gifts
