At the time an application requiring action of the board is filed with the board and is administratively complete, the board shall give notice as follows.
- (1) The executive administrator shall mail notice confirming the information in paragraph (3) of this section to any person who shall have previously informed the executive administrator in writing of his interest in said application.
- (2) The executive administrator shall submit to the secretary of state information contained in paragraph (3) of this section for publication in the Texas Register.
(3) Notices under this section shall state:
- (A) the identifying number given the application by the board;
- (B) the name and address of the applicant;
- (C) the date on which the application was submitted; and
- (D) a brief summary of the information included in the application.
