Scope of Rules

These rules shall govern the procedure for the review and approval of any contract for the acquisition of natural gas used in the production of energy by a state agency. For purposes of this chapter, state agency includes all of the entities described under Texas Civil Statutes, Article 6252-9b (Vernon 1980).
