Corrected patents will not be issued unless the following conditions are satisfied:
- (1) Sufficient surveying must be done in order to identify on the ground the original boundaries of the subject survey and the survey or surveys with which it conflicts.
- (2) A map and a report by the surveyor must be filed.
- (3) Corrected field notes shall describe the area actually clear of conflict with any senior surveys.
