In accordance with Texas Government Code, §2161.003, the General Land Office adopts by reference the Comptroller of Public Accounts' rules found at Texas Administrative Code, Title 34, Part 1, Chapter 20, Subchapter B relating to the Historically Underutilized Business Program.
