- (a) The Village of Surfside Beach has submitted to the General Land Office a dune protection and beach access plan which is certified as consistent with state law. The county's plan was adopted on December 12, 2000 and amended on June 29, 2012.
- (b) The General Land Office certifies as consistent with state law the Village of Surfside Beach's Beach Dune Protection and Beach Access Plan as amended by the Brazoria County Erosion Response Plan. The Erosion Response Plan was adopted by the Village of Surfside Beach on June 29, 2012 by Resolution 06292012A.
