Corporate Guarantee for Closure

A corporate guarantee for closure as specified in §37.261 of this title (relating to Corporate Guarantee for Closure) must be worded as in the Corporate Guarantee for Closure, except that the instructions in parenthesis are to be replaced with the relevant information and the parenthesis material deleted.
