Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit

An irrevocable standby letter of credit for closure, as specified in §37.231 of this title (relating to Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit for Closure), must be worded as in the Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit for Closure, except that the instructions in parenthesis are to be replaced with the relevant information and the parenthesis deleted.
