Performance Bond

A surety bond guaranteeing performance for closure, as specified in §37.221 of this title (relating to Surety Bond Guaranteeing Performance for Closure), must be worded as in the Performance Bond for Closure, except that the instructions in parenthesis are to be replaced with the relevant information and the parenthesis deleted.
