Payment Bond

A surety bond guaranteeing payment for closure, as specified in §37.211 of this title (relating to Surety Bond Guaranteeing Payment for Closure), must be worded as in the Payment Bond for Closure, except that the instructions in parenthesis are to be replaced with the relevant information and the parenthesis deleted.
