Purpose and Applicability

- (a) Purpose. The purpose of the annual registration fee for transporters is to recover costs incurred by the state in operating its regulatory programs related to transporters of used or scrap tires.
- (b) Applicability. These sections apply only to transporters of used or scrap tires who are required to register with the department.
