30 Tex. Admin. Code § 330.419 – Allowable Uses of Final Soil Product by Grade

(a) Applicability. Facilities that receive a registration under this subchapter, are required to test final soil product in accordance with this section.
(b) Distribution. Distribution and use of final product shall be in accordance with the following restrictions:
1. (1) Grade 1 Soil. There are no restrictions on the use of Grade 1 soil.
2. (2) Grade 2 Soil. Grade 2 soil shall not be used at a residence, recreational area, or licensed child-care facility, or for food chain crops.
