The facility completion and closure plan shall control the closure and completion requirements of a processing or experimental facility and shall meet the requirements of §330.253(d) and (e) of this title (relating to Closure Requirements for MSWLF Units That Receive Waste on or after October 9, 1993, and MSW Sites); §330.254(a) of this title (relating to Post-Closure Care Maintenance Requirements); §330.255 of this title (relating to Post-Closure Land Use); and §330.256 of this title (relating to Completion of Post-Closure Care Maintenance).
