1. (a) Until such time as bills of lading are prescribed by the executive director, the information required herein must be retained on-site by the generator, collection center, transporter, storage facility and processor in a form easily discernable by the executive director's staff.
2. (b) The bill of lading will be a multi-part form used to document the transfer of custody of the UOFs between participating parties. It is the responsibility of the shipping facility to ensure that the bill of lading(s) are legible, complete and accurate as to the information entered thereon which is specific to the shipping facility, prior to release of the UOFs.
3. (c) The transporter shall transport the UOFs to the UOF facility identified on the bill of lading, and upon delivery to such facility shall retain the transporter copy of the bill of lading which has been signed by the receiver evidencing receipt of the UOFs by the receiver.
