Except as provided in §§324.3, 324.4, 324.6, 324.7, and 324.11-324.13 of this title (relating to Applicability, Prohibitions, Generators, Collection Centers, Transporters and Transfer Facilities, Processors and Rerefiners, and Burners of Off-specification Used Oil for Energy Recovery), and subject to the changes indicated in §324.2 of this title (relating to Definitions), the regulations contained in 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 279, Standards for the Management of Used Oil, as amended, are adopted by reference.
