1. (a) Sewage sludge (other than domestic septage).

   1. (1) The frequency of monitoring for the metals listed in §312.43(b)(1)-(4) of this title (relating to Metal Limits); the pathogen density requirements in either §312.82(a) or (b)(1)(C) and (b)(2) of this title (relating to Pathogen Reduction); and vector attraction reduction requirements in §312.83(b)(1)-(8) of this title (relating to Vector Attraction Reduction) are defined in Table 5.
2. (b) Domestic septage applied to agricultural land, forest, or a reclamation site shall be monitored for the pathogen reduction requirements in §312.82(c) of this title (relating to Pathogen Reduction) and the vector attraction reduction requirements in §312.83(b)(12) of this title (relating to Vector Attraction Reduction).
