The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

1. (1) Experience--Actual experience gained from participating as a principal operator, foreman, supervisor, or manager of a solid waste facility appropriate to the respective class of license or other solid waste management experience approved by the executive director.
2. (2) Solid waste facility supervisor--An individual who is trained in the practical aspects of the design, operation, maintenance, or supervision of a solid waste facility according to standards, rules, or orders established by the commission.
