1. (a) To obtain an installer license, an individual must have:

   1. (1) met the requirements in Subchapter A of this chapter (relating to Administration of Occupational Licenses and Registrations); and
   2. (2) passed the applicable examination.

2. (b) To obtain an irrigator license, an individual must have:

   1. (1) met the requirements in Subchapter A of this chapter;
   2. (2) completed and passed the basic irrigator training course; and
   3. (3) passed all sections of the applicable examination.
