- (a) The fee for the entire term of the license or registration shall be paid with each application and is non-refundable. The applicant is responsible to ensure that he meets the minimum qualifications under this subchapter and shall address any issue(s) that may be grounds for denial as indicated in §285.59 in this title (relating to Conditions for Denial of License, Registration, or Renewal). The fees and terms of licensing and registration are specified in the following figure.

- (b) The licensing or registration fee shall not be prorated.
- (c) A fee of $20 shall be charged for a duplicate copy of the license or registration or for the replacement of a lost or damaged license or registration.
- (d) A minimum fee of $25 shall be charged for a reexamination. This fee may vary if the executive director designates an entity to administer the testing.
- (e) A convenience fee may be set by the provider of an alternative fee payment service. The person using an alternative payment method will be responsible for paying the convenience fee.
