The Generic Maximum Achievable Control Technology standard as specified in 40 Code of Federal Regulations 63, Subpart YY, is incorporated by reference as adopted June 29, 1999, at 64 FedReg 34854 and as amended through November 22, 1999, at 64 FedReg 63695 and 63702.
