The Closed Vent Systems, Control Devices, Recovery Devices, and Routing to Fuel Gas System or Process Maximum Achievable Control Technology standard as specified in 40 Code of Federal Regulations 63, Subpart SS, is incorporated by reference as adopted June 29, 1999 at 64 FedReg 34854 and as amended through November 22, 1999, at 64 FedReg 63702.
